- Cancellation policy: We must receive written notification of a course cancellation 15 days prior to the start date of the course. In this case, we will reimburse any payments already made, minus a $200 non-refundable deposit/processing fee. We cannot reimburse registration payments with fewer than 15-days cancellation notice.
